Your claim
You file with your insurance company, with our photo report in hand.
Adjuster meeting
We meet your adjuster on the roof and point out the damage so it all gets written up.
The build
You sign a written work order, we build, clean up, and send you photos of the finished roof.
Your deductible is set by your policy, and Texas law requires it to be paid. We never offer to waive or cover it.

Is the inspection really free?
Yes. The inspection and photo report cost nothing, and you're under no obligation to hire us.
How do I know if my roof has hail damage?
It's hard to tell from the ground. Dents in gutters, downspouts, and vents, or shingle granules collecting at the downspouts, are common signs. The only way to know is to have someone get on the roof.
Should I call you or my insurance company first?
Call us first. We'll tell you whether there's enough damage to be worth a claim before you ever contact your insurer.
Do you work with my insurance company?
We work with all major carriers. We document the damage and meet your adjuster on site. You stay in control of your claim.
